GEMSONA: Tourmaline

Tourmaline was a guard on Homeworld but was sentenced to be shattered (for currently unknown reasons) so fled to Earth. She’s a brute of a gem, a skilled fighter and quick to throw her weight around but, inside, she’s sensitive and prone to crying. She not the sharpest gem in the box (talks in third person) but she has a big heart, is fiercely loyal to those she cares about and is captivated by the life on Earth (she especially loves ducks). But she also has a terrible temper and has been known to smash things and cause havoc when provoked.

The little watermelon charm on her sword is something she found on Earth and instantly took a shine to because it looks like her. It’s her lucky charm and she would totally flip out if she lost it.
